Brought my sewing machine in after it got jammed while I was sewing cloth masks for people during the pandemic. Stitch In Time was the only place open for sewing machine repair (I live in downstate NY). Paul was able to diagnose, explain what was wrong, fix it, and return it to me within two days, and now it runs BEAUTIFULLY!!! It also runs FASTER. Cost was on the cheaper side for sewing machine repair, which was nice. Will definitely come back for yearly servicing. Totally recommend!

Just brought my old sewing machine in for repair. So pleased with the results, Paul caught all the little things that go wrong or are broken and he even had a case for it since the original was cracked and broken. Very happy! 5 stars!
