This place is ridiculous- my partner ran out of her critical medications numerous times because it would take weeks for her Doctor to get back to her. My partner has very significant mental health diagnoses and her medication cannot be screwed around with. We almost had to have her inpatient due to this negligence. Shame on this place for allowing their clients to fall through the cracks. As someone who is in the mental health field, I implore everyone to find different places to get care. You deserve better.

Aweful! I had emailed my “dr” about filling prescriptions and an appointment. Never heard from them again. Good thing my pcp took care of ordering my meds. I checked my missed calls my spam folders and everything. Nothing! I’m just really happy that my pcp understood and cared enough to take it back over.

The process of becoming a client was simple and straightforward, however, the therapist (Julian) assigned to me (based on my needs) played the cancel/reschedule game, he postponed at the last minute and, other times failed to show! (I hope he didn't bill my insurance!) The owner & coordinator were receptive, understanding, and apologetic for my experience and worked with me to find a new therapist - one who is dedicated to their field and ME! Everyone deserves a 2nd chance, I'm hopeful the new counselor/social worker will make my therapy journey a successful one!
