Dave from Res-I-Tec was fantastic. He inspected two homes for us. His first inspection helped us avoid buying a headache. His second inspection helped us buy our current home. Dave was professional, always on time, and always responsive. Dave did an extremely thorough inspection of our home, explained the inner workings of the house to me, and came back to reinspect after the sellers completed certain repairs. I am still in touch with Dave on some random questions that have popped up in the early days of home ownership, and he is always quick with a helpful response.
