I did my 2022 taxes with them and they were great.
2023 has been a nightmare. I sent all my documents and awaited the return amount. I was chasing them for nearly 4 months months. NO RESPONSE. No call. No email. I finally had to take my taxes to H&R Block and will owe late fees now.
I don't understand how you can own a business and not have the courtesy to reach out to your clients. A simple "sorry, no can do at this time" would have sufficed.
It is very disappointing as I've recently learned that others have experienced the same thing. I do not like giving a poor review to a small business, but my moral compass is telling me otherwise in this scenario as I hope...read full review

Avoid at all costs. Failed to file extensions that they themselves recommended and insisted. As a result we ended up with late filing fees and penalties. Refuses to answer calls or own up to their mistakes.

I have been going to Ron and Janet to file my taxes for over 16 years now. They helped me through many phases of life and I appreciate them. I will continue to use their services for as long as I can.
