I am very thankful for Plumtrees Plumbing and Heating LLC, and Bob. When I called the office, they were very nice, and understanding. The boiler technician Bob, has been to my home I think 3 times. I may be mis spelling these words, but he replaced an expansion tank, a zone valve, and an aquastat on my boiler. Each time he came, he was very nice, and he is a master at what he does. I saw him with my own eyes replace these parts, that is how you know he is a master, when you can work with eyes on you, and perform like a champion. Bob arrived at my apartment the same day I called for a clogged bathtub. Turns out I had a bad drain pipe. Bob went and got everything needed for the repair, came back and finished the job. He stayed late and made sure it was all done for me. Thank you Bob! Great guy! Great service! Excellent job!
