Can’t say enough about Pembroke Pumping! My company uses them to rent dumpsters and they always deliver and pick up on time. Never have to worry if the dumpster will be there when we need it. They also recently pumped my septic and everything went smoothly.

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism, strong work ethic and honesty of this business owner, Bill Coffey. My 68yr old mother was originally scammed by Roto-Rooter and close to being out $22,000 for a job that was nowhere close to that cost. She was a victim of deception and price gouging but thanks to Bill Coffey not only was the contract voided and deposit of $6600 returned but also the 25% cancellation fee they were initially not wanting to return was waived. Our final cost was less than the downpayment she made to Roto-Rooter. They checked the sewer lines with cameras and were honest about pipes that needed to be replaced and those that were not. They were thorough and precise. No street work had to be done although Roto-Rooter convinced my mother that they had to go all the way out to the street. Plus they lied about pulling permits. For anyone in need of this kind of service, I strongly recommend Pembroke Pumping.
