Other local businesses have answering services and send junior people on the job 5 days later unless you want to pay overtime. He took care of two issues for me within 24 hours, very fair pricing. Also, he solved a leak mystery that two other plumbers could not figure out. It felt good to write a check to him for his work, vs paying for the overhead of a larger business.
