We had a little mix up of where to exactly put the dumpster in the driveway. But I called up lestaco and professionally. They said they will come back the next day between 11 and 12 o'clock and move the dumpster in the appropriate position, and they came within their time period very professional. In a very good service, very happy that they were able to do this

I have been a customer with Lostocco for three years, and they have been wonderful! We’ve never had any issues, and on the times when I accidentally put the garbage and or recycles out too late, they were always kind enough to have someone come back to pick up my trash. Their office staff, including Donna, are very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the services that they provide.

Generally we had great service until last week when i put the trash cans out along with recycling bins. No cars were on my side of the road until i left for work. A car parked near the recycling cans so instead of the driver just moving the 2 cans, they drove away. So i paid for service i didn't get. I called 2 times to get this resolved. It's been 3 days and nothing yet. Both bins are full so i might have to put on ground . I just can't believe this is so difficult to revolve. SMH.
