Chris was a joy to work with from our first visit to the Danbury showroom to installation day. He made the process easy and I’ve never seen a swing set go up so fast! We are so excited for this addition to our home and are so grateful to Gotta Play for providing us with hours of future outdoor fun!
There are so many good things to say about our experience with Gotta Play that I could hardly decide where to start.
The purchasing experience was overwhelmingly positive; Chris worked closely with us to help us customize a play set that was within our budget. The installers arrived on time, were friendly, and worked efficiently even in high 70s heat.
As far as the play set itself, the strongest endorsement is that my son hardly wants to come inside anymore. He loves it so much—especially the hammock swing—and can hardly stop smiling.
