Great Customer Service equals great company. This is the first review I have ever written, but I was so impressed with Good Life Energy Savers that I had no option. Based on other internet reviews I hired Good Life Energy Savers to insulate my attic and exterior walls. Based on only a two-year sample I saved about 20% on my oil costs, but that is not why I am writing this review. This past Friday I called Good Life Energy Savers about an issue. I was told they would get back to me on Monday, and they did. They asked if they could come by to see the issue the same day, which they did. They acknowledged the issue and simply said they will take care of it, and they did. On Thursday morning a crew came by to fix it. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to satisfy me (the customer). Having been in the business world for over 40 years, I know not every job goes perfectly, so good customer service is important. This is excellent customer service.
