During Covid, we’ve had the most impossible time finding reliable work to be done to our house until we found Douro. We called Douro after receiving a recommendation on Facebook and were able to get in for a same-day appointment and quickly decided on a quartz bathroom countertop for a reasonable price. Once we had our old one removed, they conveniently arranged to come out to template the very next morning, on New Years Eve nonetheless. I decided last minute to add on a backsplash the night before and they accommodated this with no issue. The countertop was installed beautifully less than a week later and the installers were thorough in making sure we were satisfied before they left. We had an exceptional experience working with Douro and will definitely be using them for all of our more major renovation projects to come now! Thank you so much!

Overall outstanding. I had an extremely positive experiences with both The Tile Shop in Ridgefield, CT and Douro Granite and Marble in Danbury, CT. Maycole (The Tile Shop-Duoro) is professional, talented, knowledgeable and goes up and beyond normal customer service. The product selection is extensive, high quality and beautiful and is nicely displayed in a pleasant setting that provides several lighting options. Maria at (Duoro Granite) also provided the same level of professionalism, expertise, customer service and knowledge.

Wonderful experience getting my granite to remodel my bathroom! Maycoll Was very helpful and knowledgeable. The tile came fast and the quality was excellent. Would recommend!
