Great equipment! Removes PFAS (Forever chemicals) NSF / ANSI 58 Reverse Osmosis equipment. Removes micro plastics (No more plastic water bottles!) delicious Fresh tasting drinking water to boot! Combined with the Culligan Water Softener, and multiple financing options, great staff like Steve Zavataki, who put up with my questions at all times of day or night! John for coming over and helping make the install decision and location of tanks and filtration stuff in the lower level and piped upstairs to put main kitchen! Lastly Mike and Damyid the pro installers! Made the decision a no brainier to choose Culligan!
The technicians who came to the house were very nice and professional. The water tastes significantly better. We are very happy with it. We do wish there was more communication from Culligan. We were told by the technician, during installation, someone would be here to test the water after 2 weeks. He also told us there was an annual plan to sign up for and that the office would be in touch (no one ever followed up with us) and we were given a different price when we emailed.
We had a great experience with Culligan when our old water softener needed replacing. The representative was very well informed and the installer did a great job. They were also able to get the work done in a very short time frame. We would definitely use them again.
