“This place is great! When you walk in the atmosphere is very calming and inviting, takes the edge off of things especially if it’s your first time. I got a Brazilian wax (not my first) but first in a while and as always felt anxious. She makes you feel comfortable, walks you through what’s going to be painful, how to help, keeps you covered and answers any and all questions! This wax was the least irritated I’ve been out of around 2 years of waxing. Bring cash for tip and a discount (I believe)!!!!! Definitely recommend“

“I’ve been going to this salon for 4-5 years. Martha is THE BEST! I have weird heavy hair in the front that no stylists could ever figure out how to tame. Id usually have to coach them though taking some weight off of that area so it didn’t fall flat against my round face. Not Martha. She saw it right away and knew exactly how to fix it. 4-5 years later I still drive up to Cromwell from Westbrook because Martha is awesome. I highly recommend!! I get both cuts and highlights from her.“

“It's weird for me to write reviews in general, but I have to give a HUGGGGE shout out to Lindsey who helped me with a hair color change, since day one she set pretty nice expectations of what I was going to be doing and how to take care of my hair afterwards. She was super nice and kept a good conversation going to the point that I didn't really feel like I was there for a long time. My hair came out absolutely majestic and j couldn't be happier. 10/10 I recommend her.“

“I’ve been going to this salon for years. It’s such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The only salon I will go to. The staff are wonderful, Kristy is my hair stylist and she is amazing. She takes her time with you, listens to everything you say and is very knowledgable. I recently had a facial with her and it was amazing! Best facial I’ve ever had. She always does a 10/10 job and she’s very personable and accommodates well. It’s really an awesome place and you’ll walk out feeling like a million bucks. They also use/sell top of the line products and overall it’s a really great experience going here. Thank you guys!“
