Extreme cleaning was the 3rd company that I have used to clean my pizza/fryer hoods since I opened my pizzeria in 2006. They are by far the best. My hoods were pretty greasy, they are now shiny, and somehow look like new.They were careful to move everything out of the way before they started, and cleaned up everything when they were done. They made sure that they didn’t hit my sensitive propane shut off switch, and made sure all of my pilot lights were lit, they even knew to fire up my ovens so they’d be ready to go when I came in.
