Safest dog daycare in the area! The Doggie Castle and Maria are great! This was the only place we could find in the area where the owner makes sure that all of the dogs have proper immunizations and are up-to-date on all of their preventive medications. We would never risk our dog's health at the overcrowded dog daycares that do not make you prove your dog is fully up-to-date. Our dog loves Doggie Castle and pulls us in the door each time. And because our dog is small, we appreciate that she can spend the cold months in a heated environment. And we don't have to worry about her getting overheated in the summer. Thank you, Maria!
Thrilled with Doggie Castle. My dog has been coming to Doggie Castle for almost a year and it's the best thing for him. He runs around a big play area all day long and comes home super relaxed and mellow. He practically drags me inside during drop off because he loves the owners. He greets them with a big hug every drop off! I called and left a voice mail and received a call back less than 24 hours later!! Super easy! My dog got an interview right away and he fit right in. He's a little meek and frightens a lil easy but had he no problems because the dogs are well behaved at Doggie Castle. The fees and hours are reasonable, which I love and appreciate. It's big, clean and has a big lot to park. Very happy customer!
My mom and our family brought our puppy to Doggie Castle in Cromwell, CT and we are thrilled. Today was our pups first day, and he's asleep right now- he's been home about 15 minutes and already he's clocked out. He must have had a blast because he normally doesn't nap! It's in a nice area, there's ample parking, it's big and smells clean, both outside and inside the building. It's close by the highway so if you work in Cromwell you can bring your dog there and make it to work in great time. The owner is super friendly. She's organized and makes the entire sign-up and drop/pick up process easy breezy. You feel safe leaving your doggie with her. She knows her stuff and her rules are clear, fair and well written out. Because of this we recommend Doggie Castle to anyone looking for a responsible, solid, trustworthy, friendly, fun, doggy day camp.
