We started with Catseye after finding a snake in our family room. Brian the inspector was so compassionate, professional, and informative. Soon the snake population in our house went from single digits to over 100 (mostly babies, but still OMG). Catseye has been so helpful trapping them, sealing the house, and reassuring us that they are getting this under control. Mike has become our favorite tech. He is not just really good at his job, he has been working to figure out why we have such an extreme and unusual snake issue, and he has even won over our dog who now brings him toys and begs for chest scratches. I am continually impressed at how he can be so professional and unfazed while dealing with a dozens of snakes at a time! Catseye is worth every penny, and the team of workers is exceptional!

Both Vinny and Brandon were professional and also comforting and that meant a lot to me as an 82 year old widow who hates this problem. Brandon was so kind and professional and was exactly who I needed
