Last summer I brought my laptop to Jay when it wouldnt start. He confirmed it was beyond help. This year I brought my new laptop to him when it got hacked. He gave me great security advice and removed all issues he found. I had him install the security protection he recommended to replace what I had-the yearly cost for the new protection is less than the monthly amount I was paying! The people here are kind, patient, personable and so helpful! I called freaking out worried about my laptop getting water damaged. Rick, the one I spoke with was so kind, helpful, and understanding! Tom was the one who worked on the laptop. He was able to easily explain to me what they had done, what could’ve been concerning about the water spill, and how to use a usb to copy everything for any future worry. Not only were they knowledgeable, they aimed to really educate and help me in a way that was genuine and with zero judgment. My power supply shorted out on Sunday. I dropped off at the shop Monday afternoon. They were able to order my PSU and have everything ready by Wednesday morning! (I have a specialized case and was nervous it was going to cost me an arm and a leg) Price was super affordable! Highly recommended! Thanks Biz Techs!
