Tom was the one who worked on the laptop. He was able to easily explain to me what they had done, what could’ve been concerning about the water spill, and how to use a usb to copy everything for any future worry. Not only were they knowledgeable, they aimed to really educate and help me in a way that was genuine and with zero judgment. This place has amazing customer service and I definitely will be recommending them for any other students I know that run into any laptop issues! :)”
