Rapid Service LLC truly lives up to its name. I was suddenly out of water due to an electrical issue and was extremely stressed. Their team responded quickly, was compassionate and understanding, and got my water working again the same day. They were upfront about pricing, the office staff was very friendly when scheduling, and the technician explained everything clearly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them! ??
We have used Rapid Service a number of times over the years and I can honestly say I would not call anyone else when I need plumbing work. They are very responsive, timely, and neat. They take the time to completely diagnose and talk you through the cause and resolution to your problem. We have two rental properties and have used them there as well. I highly recommend them.
I have been a customer of Rapid Service for years and this company has been servicing the home I own for over 2 decades. The techs are highly skilled and educated, personable and provide quality work - you get what you pay for. These techs have always gone above and beyond for me, showing up in emergency situations when I have no water or heat to my home. During this last snow storm, the tech was at my home for 6 hours to restore water and never once contemplated giving up on the task. I highly recommend this company, they have never let me down.
