Had outhouse delivered on Friday by Brandon, very polite and efficient, Tuesday bright and early Brandon came back and pick up outhouse, again very polite and efficient, clean and timely, highly recommend ?
Great experience with Drainworks! They were fast to respond and incredibly helpful with scheduling a septic inspection on a tight deadline—Mariah got me on the schedule quickly and made everything easy. Alex, the technician, was fantastic—he worked hard to locate the tank on a hot, muggy day with no prior info, all while staying positive and keeping me updated. Highly recommend and will definitely work with them again!
These guys certainly do it right. I’ve known the owner, Justin, for many years and what an upstanding human he his.
Our service:
We are new to the this home and didn't realize we had two tanks. Unlike some other services that might just pump and uncover the primary tank, Tyler found and pumped both. He also found some grease deposit in the inlet pipe and was able to remove that without added expense. We won’t go anywhere else for our septic needs.
