We had an emergency sewer back up… noticed our laundry sink full of sewer water and I called Roto-Rooter. They dispatched Josh B., he arrived within the scheduled time and thoroughly explained the service options and prices. After we agreed on what could be done, Josh got right to work and had our sewer drain cleared and draining within an hour. I also requested the camera service to ensure there was not an issue with any roots compromising the integrity of my underground piping. Josh was friendly, personable and professional! I had a shower drain blockage that another company tried unsuccessfully to clear which led to 2 choices, call Roto Rooter or dig up the back yard to access the blockage. I just got lucky to be assigned to Joshua Young who worked and worked and worked at the blockage until he was able to unblock the drain probably saving me thousands of dollars. Thank you JOSH!
Had a kitchen sink which backed up and drained very slowly. Orlando and Jorel fixed the problem and cleaned up after the job was completed. Both gentlemen were friendly and courteous. I’m very happy with the service … and a kitchen sink which now drains as it should.
Although happy with the technicians and the end result, I did feel the price was high, so … may shop around if there’s a next time.
