Several years ago, I had the immense pleasure of working with Jonathan Knight of JM Contracting Service, LLC in 2018 for a complete kitchen renovation in my historic Guilford home built in 1848. It involved demolition of the old kitchen and creating an entirely new kitchen which included replacing a window requiring approval from the Guilford Historic Committee as well as new plumbing and electrical. Natural gas had to be brought from the exterior of the house through the basement to the kitchen so I could have a gas stove.
