Outdoor Sound Meditation! I highly recommend a session in the outdoor gong garden for a sound meditation. The peaceful sounds of nature and soothing sounds of the gongs and vibrational instruments will have you floating away and leave you feeling calm, serene, and rested. Book a single session and treat yourself to an amazing experience of self care, sure to improve your mental, emotional, and physical being! Also available are couple sessions with the same beneficial results, and I can't help but think, wow, what a date night to experience together. Single session or couple session, I am sure you will find a sound meditation an enchanting time. I also recommend an indoor sound meditation held year round in the cozy great room of The Sound Retreat. I've always wondered what a drum circle would be like. I'm always interested in participating in events that will raise my spirit and vibrations. I went and tried it out and as soon as I walked in, I was given a welcome and a big hug by the head drummer who gives great instruction to those of us who are new to this. Trace makes everyone feel comfortable and the ambience is so zen. It smells so good in there, a light scent of incense and candles set all around the circle. The energy is so uplifting and Trace knows how to direct our drumming so we all keep that energy flowing. I can't wait to go back next month, hopefully. I can't say enough about this place, and the drumming circle. Awesome time with such friendly, like-minded folk.
