Ricci Construction recently completed an addition on our home, and my wife and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Not only is the final end product better than we had imagined, the process of getting there was managed exceptionally well.
Both my wife and I come from project management backgrounds, so know what to look for as a project transitions from concept to build. The project timeline matched very closely with initial estimates, and John’s team accommodated change orders with flexibility and fair pricing. I would recommend Ricci to anyone. This was a daunting project for us as we had waited years to be able to renovate our kitchen and downstairs. John was amazing from the start and guided us through each step making us feel comfortable with each decision. He gave us a timeline before the project began and kept to that timeline throughout the entire process. His crew and his contractors were punctual, reliable, and flexible and if any small error was made they fixed it instantly. You can tell that John takes great pride in his work. His attention to detail was amazing and our home came out beautiful. I am blown away everytime I walk in the door.
