I just finished the R3 5 week metabolic challenge and couldn’t be happier. I lost 13.7 lbs! I have stepped up my game by attending classes. I am now eating much healthier. This challenge taught me a great deal. I highly recommend it for any one that has plateaued and would like to lose weight. Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand. Thank you R3 for this amazing experience! I now have a new higher standard in life!

I decided to give R3 a try back in 2018 and started with the 3 week trial. Nick (who is now at the Branford location) was amazing and the rest is history, I never looked back. I’ve been a member for almost 4 years now and would highly recommend R3 to anyone. I’ve made major gains and got some pretty awesome fitness goals along the way even after having 2 children. The trainers are personable, knowledgeable and make working out fun!

I have enjoyed R3 Fitness semi-private sessions. I have been going for 8 years. I recently did their Lean Down Challenge. I learned a lot about nutrition and ways to eat healthy without sacrificing eating good food. I will take all the information and recipes that I have learned and use them going forward.
