Best gym in Chesire yes the price is alttile high bet you are paying for what you are getting and trust me the staff make you feel Awesome and the people hear are great I would go here anytime over planet fitness and edge they treat you like family here

I’ve been an avid gym goer most of my life but it wasn’t until I started with R3 almost 4 years ago that I started seeing the results I had always wanted and envisioned. Their semi sessions are catered to your specific goals and needs which is unique compared to other gyms and they have several classes that cater to every fitness level. The coaches are motivating, personable, and fun to work with! And an added bonus- there is no intimidation factor, everyone who attends, regardless of fitness level, is supportive and friendly.
