We recently moved and our new house came with a hot tub. We have 0 background knowledge on hot tubs and so we wanted to winterize it for the season and then open it back up in the spring to give us the winter to learn a bit more of what it needs.
The challenge was to find someone local to service the hot tub in southeastern CT (not many will!). When I first called I spoke with Dave and I immediately got a good vibe. He was willing to answer my questions and asked some helpful ones himself they were also reasonably priced.

We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Dave! From our very first consultation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect hot tub for our family. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain the different options available, and never once made us feel pressured.
The hot tub itself is absolutely gorgeous and has become the centerpiece of our life. Someone from our family, and sometimes all of us uses it at least once a day. Really blown away with above and beyond service by Nick this morning who used his experience to not only repair leaks, replace tubing between pump and sand filter but INCREASE performance of the system!!! Love the Pool team and will use them exclusively for all pool service.
