We completely forgot to schedule our furnace cleaning earlier in the season, and we’re looking up local companies that had availability. We were able to get an appointment in less than a week, and the online scheduling was so easy! Rich cleaned our furnace, he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The next day, we had a furnace issue unrelated to the work Rich had done the day prior. He returned our call within a half hour and was back at our house to help! I had a furnace not working unexpectedly. Called Northern he was able to come the same day. He attempted to repair without replacing module wasn't possible. Had to replace it. 428.00. He stated he would give me best price he could, I thanked him as I have a newborn baby and husband only one working. Rich said dont worry about it. Entire job is on me. I was astonished ! I asked what about the service fee of 90.00 he wouldn't even take that. Blessed me and my family! I will be calling him for all future needs. There are still good ppl in the world. Rich is one of them.
