“WOW!! I know who to call for all my electrical needs going forward. Len Rizzo and his wife are amazing people. I got in contact with him by my pool installer and he did not disappoint. First let me start by saying he had amazing communication with me through out the whole process from start to finish, from getting the permits needed to suggestions on where to place the electrical to even helping me save money by me digging my own trench for the electrical work. He was very nice and has so much knowledge. I was able to call or even text him everyday if I had a question about the upcoming work. To make things even better he came out to my house and did the work on a Sunday morning while I went to an air show. Most recently we discovered a problem as a result of a bad thunderstorm. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and provided two options. While here, they identified a serious problem that required an EverSource intervention. They directed me on how to explain the issue to EverSource so they could understand the situation and make it a priority, which they did. Without their help, we could have had a serious problem. They also called later that day to see how we made out which was quite surprising and appreciated.
