Dont. The only reason I went here is because my Doctor of 30 plus years went there. Now that my Doctor is retiring in 3 days. It seems like no one else in the practice. Even remotely cares about taking on his patients helping his patients or even doing what's right by his patients. They were supposed to send a referral over to Nero and ortho over a month ago. For me that I've been sitting here in pain. After being patient for what I figure was about long enough at the one month. Mark I called in to the neurologist in ortho today seems as though they not only never sent the referral, they never sent the clinical notes when I called back to have them resent, they again didn't send the clinical notes. tomorrow is my last appointment with my Doctor who I will never see again. And I have been told that none of the other doctors are taking on his patients, but that there'll be occasional rotating physicians to pop in somebody at my age, with several chronic conditions and issues that my Doctor has been helping me.Manage is basically left out in the cold by prohealth.Physicians, you guys have made very clear how appreciated I am or as should say I'm not as patient at this point. I was also never notified by prohealth that he was retiring until my last visit when HE told me he was leaving on Nov 1.

It was our first visit routine/annual check with ProHealthMD for me and my wife. Both visits resulted in several hours of checking, talking, calling, arguing. Apparently, the doctor put wrong "diagnosis" or something like that and all lab work that should have been preventive was claimed as diagnosis hence the insurance won't pay for it and won't reduce the amount billed. Billing department said - our coding department checked everything and all is correct. Amazing. So basically the doctor can put whatever he/she feels like comfortable with to charge and there is nothing you can do about it. For another visit, they added extra doctor visit on TOP of my preventive just to charge more without even warning - the total visit was 15-20 minutes. They "messed" or intentionally "messed" with billing and/or codes. We'll be no longer using ProHealthMD and will share our experience. I have a very strong feeling all they care is how to put extra $$$ on the bill so they can profit more. No honesty, no transparency, no compassion. I feel like a wallet they can empty. No thanks.

Avoid Dr. Alicia Dodson. Not one that listens to your previous medical issues nor want to understand what your individual medical needs are.

Called for sick visit. Provided one time slot that didn’t work. Then informed me providers would not be available for 10 days at least if I didn’t take that one time.

They denied me service after arriving 1 minute late. I waited 6 months for a visit and they wouldn't see me. Receptionist was condescending, rude and insensitive. Tried to reschedule me for November. 11 months for an appointment? Do better

Had a great experience with PA Mitchell when she first started years ago. Had Dr. Williams but he left the practice well before 2020. They are the reason this isn't 1 star. However, I scheduled a new patient appointment with PA Maringola. I got a call telling me he had to reschedule because he wouldn't be in the office (my appt is in two weeks). They decide to tell me his next availability is in October. 4 months from now and am entire TEN months of waiting. The receptionist asked him at my request to squeeze me in or something for the last minute cancellation on their part and she said he said all he could offer was his October appointment. I of course will not be taking that appointment as they explained they couldn't guarantee he wouldn't cancel that appointment either. Considering this wasn't my fault I would think they would try to get me in earlier. Completely unbelievable. I understand emergencies but I also expect understanding I have work and a life and now I waited 6 months for nothing.

Very knowledgeable doctor Wii call in the evening if he has additional information Office workers are very accommodating. You can usually get an appointment within hours His colleagues are also like him and will get you into their office quickly.

Been going to this practice since 1988.l. loved Dr Olsen. So sorry he retired but I found PA Ryan Maringola. He listens and responds in reality and layman terms. Everyone at cheshire family medicine is great to have on my side.

I can not stress enough how upset and disappointed I am in this office. I was seen twice this week for the same issue and the provider was supposed to call in a prescription for me yesterday (Friday) He did not call it in and now that it's the weekend the on call dr will not help me because they can't see a note stating that I was supposed to have a prescription. The recommendation is that I go to Urgent Care, even though I was already seen 2x this week in the office, or just wait until Monday. Absolutely terrible treatment for a patient who is not feeling well.
