“I have been bringing my son here to Cody's since he was 18 months old (he is 3.5 years old now) . I choose Kelsey as his barber and I am so glad I did! Kelsey has a son of her own so she completely understands how little guys haircuts go. When we first started my son was scared and wouldn't sit by himself so for the year or so he would sit on my lap and she was patient and would just use scissors. Keep in mind thats very hard to do with a very wiggly kid. Every time we went ( about every 2-3 months) it got a little easier. Kelsey kept telling me he will sit on his own and let me use clippers beileve me...And she was so right. My son recently got a BIG boy hair cut with clippers , sitting alone in the chair.He looks so handsome and BIG! We love Kelsey I highly recommend her to anyone and I even tell my friends to go see her.
Cody's has a real cool look to it, big leather seats to sit and wait in, they have a pool table, tvs. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and they get a kick out of watching him get his hair cut! The treats they always have on the table is key too!
