“I initially contacted 3 licensed local roofers for a quote on my leaking shed. All 3 said they would come out and provide me a quote within a week or so. Todd the owner at Swift Waters was the only one to make good on his word and I had a quote from him within a week. Its a fairly large shed and I understand a shed isn't the most profitable job for a roofer but I couldn't believe the other 2 businesses said they'd show up and just ghosted. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt given the holidays and recent rain storms and reached back out and once again they both said they'd come back out and then ghosted me again! Reputation is everything to a small business. If you are too busy or can't do it just say so and customers will respect you more!
