The studio of my dreams! It's highly affordable, has quality equipment with no extra fees, they offer plenty of classes each day and there's so much variety. The studio is fresh, clean, and so nice to be in. Yes, the train will go by during class but I think it's a nostalgic and comforting sound that only adds to the vibes. 10/10 reccomend!
If you're looking for a yoga studio in North West Connecticut, this is the place! Suzanne is a kind gentle soul and her practice and studio reflects that. Cannot recommend Be Well enough.
I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the community that Suzanne has created. She is a caring instructor who shares her love for yoga and her ability to provide a positive experience no matter what level a participant may be capable of.
