Great experience - lost power to our well and they came out with an hour and had us all patched up with a temporary initial fix. Then returned right away for the larger fix the following day. Very helpful and communicative during the process with reasonable pricing considering it was an emergency and they had to dig with semi-frozen ground. They even managed to sort us out with minimal disruption to our water - a huge help with young kids right before the holidays

I called Rick’s Pump & Water Service because I needed a professional to inspect the well on a property I was under contract with after some issues came up just days before closing.
