My AC Unit is under contract by Petro. I had a problem this morning where my home temperature was 73°F this morning, while I had the thermostat set to 69°F. I scheduled a service call online immediately. They had an availability for today, 19 June between 12p and 3p. Petro Service called me ahead of time and notified me that they would send out a tech before 12p. Taylor M. Arrived before 12p. On the scene he performed a multi point diagnostic. The refrigerant levels were full, but found there was no coolant flow. He investigated the flow and circuitry and found the root cause to be a running capacitor. Very good experience with Petro. Fuel price isn’t competitive but more or less same as others. the HVAC service department is awesome. when my furnace stopped working in a bad weather evening.Technician showed up in few hours and fixed it temporarily with follow up visits to make it work. Hassle free On time oil delivery. Reasonable service plan and hvac service price.
Another excellent experience with Petro. I had work done at my home a few months ago (reference my previous review) and was so pleased with the installation that I didn't hesitate to contact Petro again when I needed to replace a furnace and a water heater at a second residence. The work was completed within three days of meeting with the salesman; could have been done even sooner but I had other commitments) and once again, everyone involved was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. The team that came to do the installations was on time, worked efficiently within a small area and kept me posted on their progress throughout the morning. Before they left, they made sure everything was working properly, answered any questions I had and explained how to adjust the water heater if necessary. The area was left looking better than when they got there. Highly recommend Petro.
