I had a great experience working with Joe. I reached out regarding a roof leak at my mother’s home, and he was responsive, professional, and very thorough from the beginning.
Joe came out, inspected the roof himself, took clear photos of the problem areas, explained what he believed was causing the leak, and handled the repair quickly. He replaced the damaged rubber collar, secured the flashing, sealed the necessary areas, and made sure I understood what was being done.
