Candlewood Day Spa specifically told me that they were giving massages, took my money, mailed me a gift certificate and then wouldn't answer the phone or refund my money. I've now heard that they are out of business. I am not going to stop until I receive my refund for this expensive massage that I was promised. RECEIVED MONEY, and I DID NOT RECEIVE SERVICES! THAT IS A PROBLEM that I will take up with the FTC and the BBB

Absolutely terrible place. I went in for a waxing when they were open and when the man in charge thought I didn’t leave a tip (I did) he literally chased me down through the building as I left yelling “tip??!!!!” in front of everyone else in the salon. I have NEVER had an experience like this anywhere else in my life, and have never been so mortified. Needless to say, I have never returned.
