Eddie Hernandez did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and coming up with a fix that did not require the purchase of a new pump. The cost savings was very appreciated. He was professional and courteous. Respectful of my home.
We lost our hot water on Thanksgiving evening. We called Beacon and arranged for next day service. On Friday morning Tony arrived and began assessing potential problems. After calling his supervisor, they believed a mixing valve needed to be replaced. After replacing the valve hot water was restored. Credit goes to Tony in his assessment and professionalism.
Austin and Tony were excellent installing the ductless mini split. They cleaned up perfectly and took the time to walk us through how it works. Highly recommend this company and this team!
