2-12-2021: I went for my yearly check-up and cleaning and a few x-rays to Determine my current Dental Health. Despite finding a few cavities, including a very Serious one, Dr. Chandra decided I should wait THREE MONTHS before getting them fixed. And today I received in the mail an explanation of benefits from my insurance. They OVER CLAIMED the amount each single procedure costs.... All I see is Greed for Money and a doctor who doesn't care about the Health of his Patients. I cancelled my future appt and WILL be finding a Dentist who ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. Hope this review helps others to avoid doctors only focused on Greed of Money and not Patient Care. If You've Read This, Have a Wonderful Day and Never Go Here. :) Post Edit(2-13-2021:Response to Owner Claiming, Below, They Have No Record Of Me in Their System): My Apologies For Not Having My Proper Name Displayed. Called The Office Today, Friday Feb.12th, While The Owner Was There. I Received An Explanation From The Receptionist/Dental Assistant. If I Am No Longer In Your System, Then She Must Have Destroyed My Files...[New Update] Recieved a Call From Marlena, Office Manager, RDH, on Saturday, Feb.13th. First she claimed to have no Record of me calling on Friday. Emailed a Screenshot of the 3 1/2 minute call made at 1:29pm EST. Also claimed there was no Receptionist working that day (Which Means No Calls Were Recieved at All, According to Her, on Friday, Feb.12th). Said she would Check the Records as ALL Calls are Recorded. This was her Response Via Email: "Got it thanks! , looks like it was Anna who you spoke to, I do apologize its one of our temps as we were short staff, all your records are closed out, wish you the best of luck Smiles Dental LLC 87 Central St Bristol CT 06010". And less than 24 hours later the Owner Deleted His Reply... Make Your Own Assumptions, People. (No Records of the Call, Then Records Found? No Receptionist, Then Receptionist Found??) Best dentist I have ever dealt with. My mouth is comprised due to cancer, surgery and radiation and unlike other dentists I have encountered, Dr Chandra goes above and beyond to ensure my dental experience is a comfortable one.

Nice chairs in the waiting room. My boyfriend gets his teeth worked on here, and he has liked the experience so far. It would be nice if the files were not on a bookshelf right next to the waiting area.
