Steve(n?) Positano, was the plumber who serviced my Mother's modest home here in my town. The Home Depot supplied the original "home improvement idiots" (without naming 'names') who broke our toilet & sliced through the sub-floor. When we replaced the toilet (well before Steve[n?] did his work), it was still leaking through the sub-floor & seal. He not only replaced the old seal with a new one, he also replaced a section of the rusted cast iron "J" pipe with PVC & rubber pipe connector but reinforced the sub-flooring with plywood & supported the PVC pipe with a piece of variable pipe holder strap.It took him about 3 hours... read full review

My Uncle used to take care of our family when he was alive & help us with whatever our plumbing & gas needs were at that time. Since he passed in 2018 we lost that connection & had to fend for ourselves. Steve(n?), one of the owners, took care of my family's leaking toilet issue, removed the rusted 60+ year old, cast iron "J" pipe & installed a PVC pipe. We needed the subfloor replaced around where the flange was because the last bathroom remodel some worker was not watching & cut through the subfloor making it weak.
