Very disappointed with the service.the woman didn’t show no interest doing my hair ..i ask for keratin she put like 2 oz not enough to make it looks good it came out puffy she didn’t put no conditioners very poor job on flat iron..really bad service today won’t recommend for thick hair .

Thank you for giving my younger son a haircut., however I am very upset at the fact that you had us waiting almost a whole hour for my other son to get his haircut that you said he was going to get however you decided to take the family behind us and rushed them to the seat so that they could get a haircut first and you had your team pack up all your stuff and never gave my son his haircut. He was really happy that he was going to get his haircut and waited very patiently for you for a very long time and what his disability is hard for him to wait for a long time and then you decide to take somebody else because you knew their family is kind of ridiculous and disappointing at the same time. Very unprofessional to do such a thing to a child. You could have at least let us know ahead of time that you were no longer able to see my son instead of having us wait there for a long time. It was very unprofessional of you as well to rush the people that were behind us to the chair to make sure my son did not sit in your chair for a haircut.

Extremely happy with the welcome, and the work done on my hair, it is the first time they treated me and their service is excellent. I have a new house. I recommend this place. They are very professional. You also have service for the care of your hands and feet.

I’ve been beyond devestated! I asked her to cut layers but not to touch my length She took off over 12 inches I touched my hair (I was turned away from the mirror as she was cutting) and I touched my hair and said OMG it’s so short , ivalese said “your hair was dead it needed it” THAT WASNT HER CALL! On top of that she butchered the hair cut. It looks like a Mullet And the color. Wow I’ll post what I showed her as my inspiration picture and I left with neon orange hair She put 6 foils in my hair and chopped off all my hair. Then charged me 175$ for it. I now have to find someone to put in extensions which isn’t cheap and they can be painful I’m a hairdresser and would never ever ever ever do this to anyone. She didn’t care. She was smug about it when my ex showed up to talk to her about how bad (with pictures) about how she butchered my hair I’ve never written a review on here. I never thought I’d ever write a review on a fellow hair dresser but I’m not out of pocket sooooo much money for years to come until my hair gets back to where it was (at my hips) when my hair is at my shoulders It’s going to costs me in the thousands to recover from this I got no apology Sure she was on her phone like I saw in other reviews it didn’t bother me but she didn’t listen to what I wanted and completely effed me over …. Pics are up of what I started w , my inspo, what I left with. And had to go get l the color fixed

I had an excellent experience at Ivelisse’s Hair Salon. I had did a dye at home & messed up my hair found her salon online based off of reviews I chose her salon & I don’t regret it one bit. I’m happy to have come across such amazing hands. She fixed my hair and I can’t thank her enough. She was honest and gave me many options on how to fix what I had done without further damaging my hair. I’m pleased with her service and my overall experience at her salon. This will now be my go too for all my salon needs. Muchas gracias Ivelisse me encantó el resultado de mi cabello. Regresaré pronto!! 10/10 recommend. Below is my before & my afters.
