Karl did my house 25 years ago for central vacuum and recently remembered my name when I popped in with a question. Very informative and honest. In the age of ordering Chinese junk off Amazon I recommend you go to this awesome guy for any vacuum needs or supplies or repair.

OMG... Took in my old vacuum. Love this vacuum...but was not picking it the dog hair anymore. Owner tuned it up and replaced filters. 29.00 later walked out with a brand new vacuum. Works like a champ. One day turnaround too.

the man who owns Bristol Vacuum is so nice. i have been going to him for all my vacuum needs, when I was cleaning offices i bought two vacuums from him. he can repair anything and he does repair sewing machines as well. I moved out of CT for about seven years but moved back to Bristol (my husband died unexpectedly). i needed some vacuum bags and rather then order them online I went to Bristol vacuum and got them. when I walked in Karl the owner came out of the back room and was moving slowly and I asked are you okay, he said yes and told me he was recovering from a stroke.
