Unreliable….. spoke with person, agreed on date. Verified night before. I Called to verify a few hours earlier if the appointment was still confirmed. They said yes. Never showed up no call/ no show. Attempted to call them, phone call went right to voicemail. Bottom line if you can’t make it, don’t want the job, too busy. Let the customer know instead of having someone think they’re going to get an estimate on a potential job that you may have taken. Another contractor could have used that time. Then again it’s all about being a responsible person and maturity.
Xavier and his assistant Alfredo spent months with us when we first purchased our home. He did everything from demolition and rebuilding of staircases, to closing up a doorway, enlarging garage door openings, tiling, wall repair, custom closets and more. Not only is he extremely skilled, the pair are a pleasure to work with and extremely trustworthy. They do not use subcontractors. You get the owner and his assistant and they do exceptional work.
