Dr. Simon was awesome! I was in and out, but my relatively quick time in there was very comfortable, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and nice. I'm not one to get routine check ups but I wouldn't mind at all, he's very clear about what's going on and somehow got me interested in learning more about optometry now lol

As new patients, my wife and I did have to wait a bit for our appointment to come around, but the wait was worth the reward.
Everyone was helpful and courteous and responsive to our needs and issues.
I tried progressive lenses, and unfortunately, they were not for me. I brought them back (within 30 days) and asked for regular distance lenses, and they happily obliged, no charge.
My wife got tint on 2 pairs of lenses, and one of the pair came back lighter than the other. She asked that they get re-tinted (or whatever is done), and they took them and sent them out again to the lab with no fuss.
