Basso Plumbing consistently provides fantastic service and timely. Their response time is always quick. We needed to replace our tankless water heater. We signed an estimate on Friday and it was installed the following Tuesday. The team arrived at 8:30am and finished by noon. Very professional and friendly. We have used them for over 15 years now. Highly recommend.

We were caught mid summer with a failed condenser/compressor. Steve Basso scrambled to find a replacement unit to match our existing system, saving us multiple thousands. Other vendors were quick to provide quotes without doing a thorough assessment which would have resulted in a failed install and substantial additional costs in equip, time and work.
Steve Basso also has a strong network of vendors, e.g., electricians, that are also expert and available to support his work.
Great experience with Steve and his team! Steve came out promptly and gave me a reasonable estimate on installing a Moen Automatic Water Shutoff valve. Jason & Reis showed up on time for the installation and did a great job. I would highly recommend!
