Standard Oil is a very good company. Their technicians are the best in the business. Prompt, friendly, respectful of home & property, efficient and helpful. Oil is always delivered in a timely manner.
Complicated relationship with this company.. Long story short: all issues have been resolved with the company after a few headaches. If you’d care to know more, read on:Primary complaint is that they let our oil tank get concerning low in the middle of winter while we were subscribed to automatic deliveries.We called to report the tank was almost empty, that we have newborn in the house, and they said they would get there in the “next few days and call us if your heat goes out.”After not accepting that response and pulling a full “Karen”, they sent out an emergency 20 gallons and the tank was filled the next day.It was also very difficult to get our annual...read full review
They respond to calls immediately and schedule a service man the same day. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and have found them very reliable and dependable.
