The staff, including a technician named Tom, work efficiently and get the job done quickly. However, the business has poor customer service, with many finding the staff rude and unhelpful. Appointments are often required, and walk-ins are rarely accepted, which can be frustrating. Parking is also poorly designed, making visits less convenient. Overall, the quality is good, but service and accessibility could improve.
They do an awesome job but customer service is horrible and everyone in there is rude !!!!....they're very pricey as well and from the looks of it you have to have an appointment they can have no one inside the place but they still won't take a walking because they're appointment is coming the only time I will come Here is when they first open up so I can be in and out...
They did my nails exactly like the picture I showed them, very good customer service, constantly made sure I was doing OK while filing my nails, had conversations with me, affordable prices, best nail salon by far I have went to.
I love princess nails! I’ve been going there for years since I moved back from the south,they never seize to amaze me in there,and Anthony is so good with designs.thanks princess keep up the great work!
