I've never seen or met such a peaceful beautiful soul like Elsie. She has a great personality great conversation and knows just how to pamper you and make you the most comfortable. I honestly was not going to get my nails done probably ever again because of previous BAD experiences. Until I found and met Elsie. She got me back and happier than ever.
