Elsie is AWESOME! I booked with her and I will definitely be back, she is officially my new nail tech. Her shop was clean, she is very professional and she takes pride in her work. The best part is she doesn't use nail tips, she sculptured my nails and she's creative when it comes to design. I couldn't wait to leave her a review for the stellar service I received.
