The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and do a great job teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a way that keeps kids engaged and motivated. My 3 year old has been coming here for a couple of months now … he loves it !! They actually have the kids warm up and exercise before learning their position of the day. The girls are incredibly sweet and patient. I highly recommend it here !!!
