From our first meeting, I liked the attention she paid to my feelings. I’m not one to change when it comes to my hair but she has made me very comfortable with trying new styles and colors.I would definitely recommend her and her services.

I’m a long time customer I’ve known Lena over 10 years. Unless I move to another state i don’t plan on going to another hair dresser in fact i feel guilty if i do see another hair dresser. Lena has always taken great care of me always have shown me respect and hospitality. She is not only a hair dresser her character speaks volumes. Every time Lena makes a store run next door i am always asked if i need anything. There has been times where i didn’t like the outcome of my hair due to experimenting and Lena would set an appointment to fix it. She truly cares about her work and will go above and beyond for her customers. I have also called or text numerous times about hair care and she has always given some type of advice. Lena is always looking for ways to improve the salon for her customers. She’s always asking me what she can do to improve customer service. You will not be disappointed in getting your hair done here. Out of the 10 years I’ve always gotten compliments or ask who does my hair 90% of the time.

I've been going to Look At You LLC, for about 2 years now. My stylist Aleana is phenomenal. I've gone there for twist, fingerwaves, weaves and lashes and I'm never disappointed. My appointments are always scheduled, she is always on time. Her salon is one of the cleanest that I've been to, her professionalism, never ceases to amaze. The quality of the hair she carries is always 100%% . I give her a 5 for all the above. You won't find another salon or stylist as talented as her. If you haven't gone yet, look into booking a appointment sooner than later. You won't be disappointed!! ?

For many years I have been a returning client off and on whenever I wore hair extensions. I have never ran into the issues I ran into two weeks ago until a few days ago. I booked an appointment with the owner, trusting that she would give me exactly what I asked for. For the first time a 360 lace front, styled into a side pony tail for my wedding day. Expecting to wear the 360 lace front after that was a disaster. Two days after my install I found that my personal install was a fail. I experienced a lot of glue issues and my lace front lifting completely around my perimeter. As I am not a professional I had retrieved some support from other local hair stylist that informed me my entire install was messy and unfixable without a completely new start. Returning and communicating with the stylist/ owner about my hair all I experienced was unprofessionalism within txt messages, phone calls, and 3 trips back in to shop including confrontations upon my return when i spoke about my experiences. After a few trips back and argumentative conversations, When asked for partial payments (install portion) I was told they do not offer refunds. With that being said, I decided not to walk away with a complete lost I still sat and allowed Yo'Lean (Aleana) to do my hair bc I refused to take a lost after spending o 500 plus on my hair.

I decided to try this salon as it was new and I wanted to give back to my own instead going to all these other salons. My daughter wanted medium box braids n I wanted a sew in with leave out. My daughter went in a day before me .The woman who did my daughters hair was a nice and got along well with my daughter. It cost a little less than most places. Unfortunately I didn’t like the finished look.It wasn’t really full, the finish wasn’t neat... frayed hairs were sticking out
